YUP, seemingly have a failed hard drive after installing Stellaris updating steam and windows. Hard drive seems to work for awhile unless I play Stellaris via Steam, getting the Critical process Died BSOD. Hard drive managed to stay online to upgrade windows, lasted for install of Minecraft, Steam, and then Stellaris. Started all games and came back to a restart "system disk not installed" error but once again. Seemed to all originate from a recent windows update. Who knows, guess its time to buy something new... Just would make me feel better if I got to choose when I updated my system.
Incidentally, this exact same software has been working just fine for years, up to and including this week. I did indeed uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot, and test. Same issue, reproducible to the point I switched games. My windows updates are current, and my hardware meets and exceeds requirements. Other games still work in steam. But at what point did Windows revoke previously available "permission for the COM Server application with CLSID see above and APPID see above to the user USERNAME-WIN10\Username SID (see above) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable)." The question has nothing to do with the software, it has to do with permissions being arbitrarily changed.

The diffusion of ammonia in commercial NH3-SCR catalyst Cu-CHA was measured and compared with H-CHA using quasielastic neutron scattering (QENS) and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to assess the effect of counterion presence on NH3 mobility in automotive emission control relevant zeolite catalysts. QENS experiments observed jump diffusion with a jump distance of 3 Å, giving similar self-diffusion coefficient measurements for both Cu- and H-CHA samples, in the range of ca. 5-10 10(-10) m(2) s(-1) over the measured temperature range. Self-diffusivities calculated by MD were within a factor of 6 of those measured experimentally at each temperature. The activation energies of diffusion were also similar for both studied systems: 3.7 and 4.4 kJ mol(-1) for the H- and Cu-chabazite respectively, suggesting that counterion presence has little impact on ammonia diffusivity on the timescale of the QENS experiment. An explanation is given by the MD simulations, which showed the strong coordination of NH3 with Cu(2+) counterions in the centre of the chabazite cage, shielding other molecules from interaction with the ion, and allowing for intercage diffusion through the 8-ring windows (consistent with the experimentally observed jump length) to carry on unhindered.
To test directly whether ETS1 was necessary for occupancy of RUNX and CBP, ETS1 protein levels were knocked-down by two independent shRNAs and occupancy was monitored by ChIP (Figure 6B and 6C). Decreased ETS1 protein levels correlated with a loss of ETS1, CBP, and RUNX ChIP enrichment at the TCRβ enhancer (containing Motif 4). We concluded that ETS1 is critical for recruitment or stable binding of CBP in enhancers important for T cell activation. In contrast, reduction of ETS1 occupancy in a redundantly occupied promoter (containing Motif 1) did not affect CBP enrichment. Thus, distinct sequence motifs at ETS1 binding sites correlate with not only different types of regulatory elements, but also distinct histone marks and co-activator binding. We conclude that these sequences mediate unique functions of ETS1.
Fire Behavior in a StructureThe Fire Behavior in a Structure curve demonstrates the time history of a ventilation limited fire. In this case the fire starts in a structure which has the doors and windows closed. Early in the fire growth stage there is adequate oxygen to mix with the heated gases, which results in flaming combustion. As the oxygen level within the structure is depleted, the fire decays, the heat release from the fire decreases and as a result the temperature decreases. When a vent is opened, such as when the fire department enters a door, oxygen is introduced. The oxygen mixes with the heated gases in the structure and the energy level begins to increase. This change in ventilation can result in a rapid increase in fire growth potentially leading to a flashover (fully developed compartment fire) condition.
Several studies using animal models were controversial in demonstrating disruption of thyroid function after BPA exposure using different doses and windows of exposure. Zoeller et al. showed that there was an increase in serum concentrations of total T4 in pups after perinatal exposure, as early as PND 15, with no difference in TSH levels compared to levels in animals not exposed to BPA (Zoeller et al. 2005). However, another group did not detect any difference in the F1 generation of rats exposed to BPA prenatally (Kobayashi et al. 2005). Pregnant female rats exposed to BPA experienced transient hypothyroidism, while their male pups underwent transient hyperthyroidism, followed by hypothyroidism (Xu et al. 2007). Infant rats exposed during the neonatal period did not present any alterations, but the adult female animals developed a TH status similar to hypothyroidism, and evidence in a primary pituitary cell line showed that BPA alters TSH release through direct action on the pituitary (Fernandez et al. 2018). Studies with pregnant ewes, which have a gestational period more comparable to that of humans, that were exposed to BPA both subcutaneously and by dietary exposure demonstrated lower levels of THs in pregnant females and newborns, and those females showed evidence of a modified deiodination balance (Viguie et al. 2013, Guignard et al. 2017). In analyzing other windows of exposure, mice exposed to BPA during puberty have been shown to have lower free T4 levels (Jiang et al. 2016).
THs are vital for neurological development in the early stages of life (Bernal 2017), and several studies have shown that low doses of these chemicals, closer to the usual environmental contamination dose, have effects on the endocrine system, particularly in developmentally vulnerable windows (Vandenberg et al. 2012).

The initial nanocrystalline iron monosulfide precipitate was prepared at 25C in a fully sealed 500 mL glass reaction vessel following the methods described by Benning and coworkers [18]. Briefly, a fully deoxygenated 0.1 M solution of Mohr's salt [(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2*6 H2O, pH = 3.6] was saturated with H2S gas (C.P. grade, 99.5 % H2S, BOC gases) and the iron was quantitatively precipitated as iron monosulfide by raising the pH of the solution to 6.5 via the addition of a degassed 1.0 N NaOH solution. The sealed reaction vessel containing the inky black suspension was transferred to the anaerobic chamber and concentrated by settling and decanting. Care was taken not to loose any of the solid material during decanting and this way a final concentration of 0.17 M FeS was obtained. In order to determine the mineral composition of the precipitate, an aliquot of the suspension was filtered through a 0.2 μm cellulose nitrate membrane, dried inside the anaerobic chamber and the powder mounted onto a specially designed anaerobic X-Ray diffraction (XRD) sample holder with Kapton windows for conventional Cu-Kα XRD analysis. The XRD patterns of the precipitate exhibited broad peaks at 5.05, 2.97, 2.31, 1.84, 1.81 and 1.73 Å (JCPDF file 24-0073) and a high background, thus confirming that the precipitate consisted of nanocrystalline mackinawite. 2ff7e9595c
